If you'd like to know the story behind this then here it is:
Fae (my, extremely creepy, other KHR OC) learned about Hibari going to the hospital with something as simple as a cold and basically challenged Hibari in a way by means of Kirsch. She told him Kirsch could take better care of her than any hospital since she is very much "housewife material". Hibari too Fae up on this challenge and then next time he felt a cold coming on he showed up at Kirsch's house (scarring the shit out of her in the process). Kirsch takes care of him though and Hibari falls asleep like this: Half leaning on Kirsch and the wall.
